Amanda Hyatt solo exhibition 2007

exhibition 3 -18 November

Champagne Opening   4 – 6pm Saturday 3 November

Amanda has recently returned from an Overseas trip, commenting, ‘my head is so full of wonderful images’ some of which will reveal themselves at her upcoming Solo Exhibition at Seaview Gallery. Opening Sat 3 November 4-6pm, following a weeked Master Class for aspiring watercolour artists.

Amanda Hyatt has been a professional artist for more than twenty years with works in private and corporate collections. She is a member of the prestigious Twenty Melbourne Painters Society and recognized as an outstanding watercolorist and oil painter.

Her methods are true to traditional realist impressionism, a method evolved from the French Impressionist, adapted by the Australian Impressionists (Heidelberg School) and maintained today by herself and her contemporaries. Amanda has perfected the method, that of trying to capture a mood or a moment as defined by light to give the painting a sense of magic. Her Master Class will be a must for all aspiring water colour artists.
